Things I have realized during the past few days:

1.] Mahilig ako mag enumerate. (katulad nalang ng ginagawa ko ngayon) haha
2.] Talaga palang para matutong mag make up, kailangan mag experiment.
3.] Healthy ang pag kain ng saging.
4.] Kailangan ko magpapayat ng braso at ng mukha.
5.] Mahirap isabay sa galaw ng legs ang balakang.haha (at mahirap din i-explain kung ano ang ibig sabihin ko dito.hahaha) Joke lang. Sa ice skating 'to. Frustration namin ni Erica ang matutong gumalaw patalikod.
6.] Sobrang pangit tignan ang pumorma ng naka checkered na tshirt with matching checkered na sumbrero. (Dagdagan mo pa ng bling-bling)hahaha
7.] Kailangan kapalan ang make up pag nag pphotoshoot.
8.] Bawal tumagaktak ang pawis pag pinipicture-an ka.haha
9.] Kailangan ko umattend ng workshop sa pagmomodel (pagpopose).
10.] Andami na nito.haha

Yan ay ilan sa mga litrato ko nung Thursday. Maraming salamat kay Chris L. sa pagkuha nito at pag post sa site niya. At dahil nde ko kilala ang mga iba pang photographers, ipagdadasal ko nalang na matagpuan ko ang mga iba ko pang litrato. Sana ay bigyan nila ako ng kopya. haha

At sa iba pang balita, sa wakas ay nagkaroon na din ng medyo matino-tinong lakad ang blumoon. Nag ice skating kami kahapon (friday) at nalaman ko kung gano kagaling si Kat. haha joke lang. Ang saya mag ice skating kasama ang mga kaibigan. (Jaymar, wag ka malungkot, masaya ka din kasama mag ice skating.haha love you!=D) Sayang nga lang, hindi kaming lahat ang sumabak sa yelo.haha Pinili nila Xandy, Carisse, at Meggy na libutin nalang ang mall. Sana next time, sama-sama na tayong lahat. Para masaya. haha *Nadapa ako ng isang beses at hindi ito biro dahil nagkasugat pa ko sa tuhod. Tanga. haha palabas na lang ng rink, naaksidente pa.hahaha

Maraming salamat at nakaalis na tayo. hehe Erica, balik tayo, alamin natin klung pano pag patalikod.haha Sulitin natin ang unlimited; mag ice skating tayo mula opening ng mall hanggang sa palayasin tayo.haha Memorize-in natin ang kanta ("S.M, S.M..ice skating rink!!!") hahaha love you girls! I had so much fun! :)

At oo nga pala, ang saya-saya ko sa mga grades ko. Bago man lang ako grumaduate, naranasan kong mapunta sa Dean's List, First Honors.hehehe Thank you God. :)

We had the Aladdin field trip yesterday. And besides the fact that we won't have finals anymore and we would probably all get a 4[yahoo!], I really enjoyed my time.Honest!I did! To tell you the truth, I wasn't really looking forward to it that much. Parang..wala lang..may field trip lang. I wasn't expecting anything.So anyways, I was ALMOST late. haha I made it though. Good thing may katabing parkingan ang Greenbelt 1.And so, I rushed to the meeting place and after a couple of minutes or so, the bus arrived.Yea!I wasn't late.haha Hooray!

So then, the kids went down the bus. Andami nila!Ang gulo!haha And by the way, can I just say na aliw na alia ako kela Benjo?haha Ang kulit ng Security group namin. F na F ang pagiging guards.haha So yun, it took a while for the kids to settle down and for us to get our kids. I was supposed to have a girl named Janelle but when I checked the list, naiba na. I had a boy, si Sean. I approached him and I talked to him but NOOOOO, he won't talk to me. haha Sobrang nalungkot ako, naisip ko, siyet!wala na yata akong karisma sa mga bata. He won't even look at me!haha But thank God, after much pa cute and smiles for him, pinansin na niya ako. Nahihiya daw kasi siya.haha Much help was from his other classmate, Derek who I kept talking to. Kaya nakisali na din si Sean. And while we were outside onstage another kid joined us and we played SPOT THE COLOR. That's when I felt that TEACHING IS FOR ME.

I loved how the kids responded to me and how enthusiatic they are when they were telling me stories of just about anything. Much more, I saw how some of my classmates were struggling with their kids. Everybody was just running around and basta!ang gulo. Thank God the kids with me listened and enjoyed our little game kaya hindi na sila nakigulo. So yun, hawak ko na si Sean and Derek cause Derek didn't have anybody with him, so inampon ko na. Pero nagkaibaiba, mahabang storya. basta ending, I still had two kids, si Sean and Si Alfredo. The two are just darlings. Of course, hindi mawawala ang pagkukulit nila at pag daldal but still, I was able to control them. Hearing them say "ate kisses" is just pure bliss. Kahit hindi ko maintindihan yung iba nilang kwento, sarap pa din ng feeling. I love them! :) Pati na din yung mga ibang batang nagkwekwento sa kin ng mga kung anu anong bagay.

Yes, I am scared. I do not know what to do as soon as I enter teaching. But I am excited. I know this is for me. I just pray that God would give me the strength to be good. I want to be the best teacher I can be. I want to be God's instrument to touch children's lives. I am excited. I.AM.A.TEACHER. :) can't wait! :)

So what's been happening lately? :)

1. Siguro may future ako sa pagiging judge ng kung anu-anong pa-contest. hehe Masaya pala yun, no? First time nung June 3 (Himigsikan and Dance Billboard Constest) at pangalawang beses kanina (screening for Poblacion Star). haha Baka mag ka-career ako sa pag jujudge--Nang magamit ko ang "sound judgements" ko. haha

2. Fiesta's coming up. I'm so looking forward to the activities. Brownman Revival and Hale's performing ata. :) Si-yet.Mamimeet ko na si vocalist ng Brownman. I think he's hot. haha And this also means pictures with Champ! hehe

3. At siyempre, dahil sa fiesta na, Bb. Poblacion season na. Mapapalitan na ko.=( Wala na kong kahit anong title. Takteng yan.haha Joke lang. :) Wag lang nila gagawing sayaw ang production number ko.haha LORD, PLEASE, WAG. haha I've been told that this year's batch is a good one though. Daming matangkad na maganda. Good Luck sa kanila. :) Excited na kong makita sila. :)

4. Mag iisang buwan pa lang ng pasukan, tamad na tamad na ko. huhuhu pero sabi ko nga kay Erica Lim at sa aking loviduds, hindi na ko mag aabsent. (unless of course kailangan na) :)

5. Sabog ang tagboard ko. Kaya sa mga nagtag sa kin, sorry hindi ko kayo mareply-an. Hindi ako makapost e. Next time nalang. :) Pero thank you sa inyo. :)

Dahil sa natalo ako sa Miss Makati at napakapangit ng pagkakaedit nung sa IBC13, magpopost nalang ako ng pictures ko taken from the tv.haha (sa pag video ng mama ko). Puro ako to, walang magrereklamo.hehehe :)

Oo, natalo ako. Pero hindi ako nagsisisi na sumali ako. This pageant has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Hindi ako plastik. Hindi ko sinasabing masaya ako na natalo ako. Sino ba naman may gusto nun di ba? :) Pero I am happy for those who won. :)

Although....

nakakalungkot...

...na hindi ko nakuha ang prizes (hahaha)
...na hindi ko masasabi sa mga anak ko balang araw na naging Miss Makati ako

...I survived the challenge of working with our coordinators. Yes, there are times that they were major pains in the a** but because of them, I have learned to appreciate and understand myself more. I have become stronger.

...This experience is something I can hold on to. This is something I can be proud of. I was chosen to be part of the final 12.Iba to, tsong! :) Hindi lahat nararanasan o mararanasan to. Maswerte ako. :)

And so...to all those who prayed for me and believed in me, thank you. Baka pang Bb. Pilipinas na kasi ako kaya yun.hahaha JOKE LANG. :) Basta thank you sa inyo. You know who your are. Dahil sa inyo kaya ako naglakas loob na ituloy to. You gave me the strength and the confidence to do this. THANK YOU!! :)

Thank you din sa mga nag alaga sa amin lalo na kay Patrick, kay Ate Jenna at kay Ms. Evelyn. :) Kahit na napakadaming nangyaring hindi mashadong magaganda throughout the pageant, you guys were there to be with us and make us feel more comfortable. Kayo ang labasan namin ng himutok.hahaha maraming salamat. :)

I actually CARE about the student council.

Kahit hindi ako member ng kahit anong political party (C.O. lang ng friends ko), gusto ko na talaga mag react. (alam niyo naman ako, intregera.) haha ;p

Hindi ako yung tipong sumasali sa ganito. Ngayon ko lang kasi narealize, grabe pala talaga yung nangyayaring "labanan" between the two parties. Campaign period pa lang, kung anu-ano nang lumalabas na rumors. Wala akong masasabi dun sa iba pero kasi my kumalat tungkol sa friends ko. I ran for SK office and I have had my share of these nasty rumors. Buti nalang, wala akong pakialam. Saglit lang naman yun and halos lahat naman, hindi naniwala dun. (kung meron naman, gago ka.) anyway, nalulungkot ako para sa santugon..lalo na kay eda, kay issa at kay kissy. Pati pala kay Sanam Mirpuri. hehe kidding aside, para sa buong E.B. ng santugon.

Hindi to dahil may bias ako pero dahil naninindigan akong magagaling sila.

Ang hirap kasi sa mga Lasalista, hindi na minsan nagiisip. "go with the flow" ika nga nila. tsk,tsk.

Sa totoo lang, nung mga unang eleksyon, mas bilib ako sa mga sinasabi ng tapat. And I have ALWAYS voted for what I feel would be the best for the whole student body. kaya dapat kayong maniwala na hindi ako biased ngayon.

Mas okay kasi talaga yung SAntugon ngayon. I believe they would have been great leaders. Sorry nga lang at hindi sila nabigyan ng chance.

Eto tanong lang a, pag mag nagreact ng O.A., leche ka. These are things that I wanted to ask tapat candidates but unfortunately, given the circumstances, hindi ko na natanong.

"bakit ba ang tapat parang galit na galit sa administrasyon ng La Salle? Ganun ba sila kasama?"-kung Oo, edi isa pang kakulangan niyo, hindi niyo napapaalam sa LAHAT ng estudyante 'to.

Pero sa tingin ko naman hindi. Pero bakit ba sa mga speech nila parang mga demonyo na yung nagpapatakbo ng eskwelahan naten? tsk,tsk. BEING 'FOR THE STUDENTS' DOES NOT NECCESSARILY MEAN BEING AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATION ALWAYS. oo na, mangmang kung mangmang pero hindi ko talaga alam kung bakit ganito.

Kahapon- ako,si embrace, si jaymar, at si Tita Mhay (mama ni Jaymar), ay nagpuntang cavite. NAgpasama yung mama niya. It turned out to be one of the best roadtrips ever. :) after namin puntahan yung pupuntahan namin, we ended up going to tagaytay. haha We were supposed to go to Casino Filipino. Kaso, nung andun na kami, hindi kami pinayagan kasi below 21 daw tapos naka slippers kami ni embrace. haha tanga. nawala sa isip ko. feeling ko kasi sobrang normal na yung naka slippers lang. haha

Edi, kakain nalang kami dapat. Naghanap kami ng dencio's, e wala na palang dencio's banda dun. Napa ukay-ukay pa kami ng wala sa oras. haha oh joy! :) I heart ukay-ukay's. haha

This have been one of my principles in life. Basically, I believe that what this line says is that you don't have to dramatically change yourself just to fulfill our need to belong. In my experience, people hide their "real" self because they want to relate to a certain group. For me, this is just plain wrong. Ang plastik nun.
real friends will love you as you are. No matter who you are, just as long as you're you, you are bound to find friends who will LOVE you.

But....

Some people think otherwise.

This is an excerpt from a another blog pertaining to the line stated above:

"I hate this tag line not just because it's so cliche but also because it misleads other people to believe they actually are better than the others. It supersizes a lot of egos and keeps a lot of chins down as well. (See how powerful advertising is?) It is seen in almost every blog, Friendster profile, and e-mail signature, often in big, red, and bold characters. Saddening how just eight small words can corrupt young minds everywhere.

I respect this writer's point of view. After all, she has a point. But, as a "believer" of the line, I was somewhat offended by what she said. Opinions are respected,blog niya yun, eto akin. haha Opinion niya dun, ako dito. hehe

I guess this person equated "standing out" with "flaunting" or "desperately feeling the need to be known". Hindi ako nagagalit sa opinyon niya, nakakatuwa nga e, minsan, nakukulong ako sa mundo ko. Nakakalimutan ko na a statement can mean different things to different people. Interpretation really is a big thing. :)

AT LAST...napanood ko na yung Harry Potter!! yahoo!!!! :) Okay naman siya e..but, potterheads like me will be disappointed kasi daming nabago. tsk,tsk. Sabi nga ni Erica Lim, pangit nung pagkakaputol nila sa story.tsk,tsk. And what the hell happened to Harry, Ron, and Hermione??? Ba't ganun itsura nila. ---my head replies, "Let it go dumbass!they grew up!"---uh,okay.

As soon as we got out of the cinema, Jaymar, embrace and my mom drowned me in questions that SHOULD have been answered by the movie. Nako! haay. I am dead tired but I'm really glad I was able to spend time with my mom and my sister. :) Sana bukas makanood kami nung exorcism. :) I hear it's good. :)

Finally, I was also able to pick up my first ever paycheck(from the oktoberfest project) hoo!! :) Congratulations to me! :) hahaha *toast*

I just came home from our rehearsal. :) 6 days to go... *crosses fingers* I'm freakin' excited! hahaha

Have I mentioned that children in our place started caroling already? 2nd week pa lang ata ng November nag start na sila. hahaha cute kids.

I can't still feel the Christmas spirit. I'm sorry for being so negative but the current situation of our country is nowhere near joyous. People are suffering tremendously. I remember when I was still a kid, everyone would have something to celebrate Christmas day. Bawat bahay may kainan..pero ngayon. tsk,tsk. I know Christmas isn't about having big celebrations but face it, it's what makes the season special. Every kid expects to receive special gifts. hayy. kawawa naman yung mga talagang walang pera. I hope na kahit ganito tayo ngayon, we would remember the real reason to celebrate Christmas day. :)

haay, I LOVE (the) PERFORMING ARTS and I'm glad I'm back on stage! :)
I miss my theater days.. the last time I performed was last year but mind you, it was in Meralco theater. :) It was a dream come true for me since that theater has the biggest stage of all the theaters in the Philippines. :) I even used the same dressing room Lea Salonga used when she performed there! :) haha haay.. sana maulit un. :)

On other news, nako! I'm sure sobrang baba ng grades ko ngayong term..okay lang basta walang bagsak. oh Lord!! please.. sana walang bagsak. I promise to do better next term. :( guys, please pray for my grades. :(

Naguguluhan pa ko kasi once again, I want to shift! arrgh! I love teaching and I love my course.. but..I want to study something new. I want to keep many aptions open when I graduate. Nde na practical tapusin yung course ko. :( Basta hirap iexplain!!! right, Sarah? haay nako. gusto ko ng course na talagang alam kong bagay ako. problema, nde ko alam kung ano un. hay nako! Natutulog na kami then ginising ako ng katulong namin ng mga 5 kasi may tumawag sa kin. haaay.. Ms. Rose from Modelo Pilipinas asked me if I could go to the Oktoberfest nga. haay.. Pinagmadali pa ko dahil 6:00 daw yung call time. dammit! I was not ready! haay.. I was there around 6:30 and we finished at 2am! nakakapogod.

haay..pero ok lang.:) I needed money anyway. hahaha

Jaymar, Embrace (my sister), Ecai and me watched the non-stop cheerleading competition kanina. :) UST won! wohhoo! :)

Of course I feel bad for La Salle. Their routine was good kaso lang parang ordinary lang yung ginawa nila. Maayos sana kaso walang bago. ayun.. Tapos onti lang yung mga nanood. Sa tingin ko pa, halos lahat pa dun, were cheering fro La Salle(when they performed) but were betting for other schools.

I'm happy that UST won kasi Ecai and I had a bet. She wanted UP to win. :) hehehe ECAI!!!! GO USTE!!!!!! hehe

UST's routine was really good. :) galing-galing! nakakatuwa. Maganda din yung sa UP. Daming taga Up na andun! grabe! kaso medyo magulo yung blocking nila. kaya un..

Dami ding taga FEU! grabe!. :) For me, they had the highest score in terms of audience impact. Ok din ung performance nila. :)

Kanina palang after ng PHILHIS dapat uuwi na ko para magpahinga kasi I have to drive my sister to the Podium later. (Who, by the way, is also not feeling well.) Kaso thanks to Erica Lim, na guilty na ko mag absent. hahaha I'm feeling a little better now but still, nanghihina pa din ako. :(

anyway, nakabili ako ng tickets for the game on thursday! yipee! :) [dlsu-admu game]
I bought 4 tickets, for me, jaymar and maybe my sister. If she won't be able to come, ibebenta ko din ung ticket niya. hehe 2 scalper tickets. hahaha pang bawi ng puhunan. hahaha

I hope we win though. Nakakaasar naman kung andun ka para ma-witness kung pano matatalo school mo,di ba? haha. Unang beses ko manood for this season that's why I'm so excited! :)

yea'y! :) I decided to start a new blog and hopefully, ito magatatagal. hahaha

Anyhoo, 1st day of the term today and my sched sucks. I have 6 subjects pag mf, 5 pag wednesday. Ang tagal ko sa school!
tsk, tsk. Buong araw na. Pero at least pag th 1 lang klase ko. :)

Most of the professors are okay though. :) I like our INTRECO and ECEDPRN/FOUNED2 professors. hopefully, these 1st impressions will last. :)

BUT, nako, parang medyo mahihirapan ako sa PHILHIS and EDUSTAT. :(
